A core part of my work is a thorough client consultation. I understand how busy you are during the week and that’s why I also offer weekend and evening consultations.

The initial consultation will last for an hour. I will ask a variety of questions about your body systems to build a clear picture of your health, food and lifestyle choices to unable me to put together a tailor-made therapeutic plan to support your health. You will be asked to bring a three-day food diary. I will also require a completed short questionnaire in advance of the consultation. 

The follow up consultation and any subsequent consultations last 30 minutes.

I also offer Skype consultations for international clients and clients not living locally.

Throughout the process I will support and empower you to make sustainable changes to your lifestyle and foods you eat, making sure you eat plentifully and nutritiously and the changes I put forward are realistic and work for you as an individual.
