In my programmes I work with foods, herbs, spices and sometimes with food-state supplements to ensure optimum absorption and bioavailability.
It is important to look at the body as a whole since the majority of health issues are interconnected. I explore not only nutrition, but also environment and lifestyle issues such as emotional health, stress, anxiety and sleep.
